Jaime, (pictured above), is a seasoned journalist who has wrtiten numerous features and columns in some of the most beloved food and wine publications we enjoy here on the central coast of California.
In addition to her writing she has just wrapped up the second season of this podcast called CONSUMED, which she describes as” candid conversations about life and flavor with the people who put the food on our plate and drinks in our glass.”
I am honored to have been featured as one of her guests. When first asked, my immediate reaction was” I’m flattered, intrigued and a bit scared”, but I am so happy I agreed to do it.
She put me at ease right from the start and I have to say I really enjoyed myself.
