What to do with just a little tzatziki, or yogurt /feta cheese sauce leftover from a souvlaki dinner? Make an omelet! oopa!
Here’s a simple recipe for a FETA SAUCE from the June issue of Martha Stewart Living magazine.
3 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (1/2cup)
4 ounces Greek yogurt (½ cup)
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until very smooth. Refrigerate.
