


I’ve been looking through the archives on Dinner at Sheila’s, and decided to re-post some past items suitable also for the current holiday season, beginning with this Fall Harvest Salad, from November of 2020.
You can find the recipe here . I suggested it as a Thanksgiving menu option at the time, but it is a great addition to your upcoming Christmas or New Year Menu.
This bright, colorful, and delicious salad is composed of apples, pomegranate arils, toasted pepitas, and crispy bits of prosciutto all tossed with shredded kale, and dressed in a cider vinaigrette. Perfect for your holiday table!
